- You will meet once per week, every week, with your Fitness Coach for 30 minutes.
- In this coaching session, you will work your way through a brief workout and review the exercises you will be performing in your exercise program. Expect to work with your coach for approximately 30 minutes, and then on your own for another 15-30 minutes.
- A notebook (training journal) will help you immensely, especially one that is well-kept over the long-term. Also, calendar apps, such as iPhone Calendar, are very useful for recording workouts and can help keep you organized.
- In addition to strength training, expect to receive detailed information on cardio, flexibility training, diet, supplementation, recovery, work, recreation, and rest.
- We will identify the key factors in your life that are currently not allowing for your fitness goals to be met, and work on solutions to resolve them.
We will create a plan, unique to you, that fits your lifestyle and personal habits. - Your training will evolve over time. Your initial workouts will be quite simple, but you will progress to more sophisticated routines, in time, at your own pace.
- The eating plan prescribed will allow you to consistently and predictably lose body fat from Day 1. This eating plan (not a diet!) will also evolve over time to something that works for your fitness goals, AND allows you to “feel normal” and “live your life”.
- You may receive a printed template of your eating and/or exercise plan (PDF document(s)), but you are expected to keep a detailed training journal of your own.
